We were delighted to be instructed to sell a substantial detached residence on Cyprus Road in Heysham.  The owner had a variety of agents out as the family wanted to ensure they got a true, honest valuation for their home.  It was large.  It was stunning.  It was also rather unique.  The owners no longer needed the space this property gave and were downsizing.  



What we did 

We discussed in detail with the owner what we felt was specifically needed to make sure we hit the market right, and importantly generate interest from serious contenders. Rightmove – yes, but we upgraded to a premium listing.  We wanted to show off the homes key features and make sure people clicked on the details. 

Zoopla – Not every agent pays for this site, but many people searching use it – so we make sure all our properties are on there too. 

Not all estate agents use the local newspapers now, thinking people only look on line – wrong!  The newspaper itself see's an 11% increase in sale on the week the property section is in. We were given the instruction to sell the property just in time for the local newspaper deadline, so we made sure this lovely home was in the press that week.
