Eat out to Help Out - Your Morecambe guide

Posted on Thursday, August 13, 2020

As you may know, we are now into the 2nd week of the Government's newly rolled out 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme. This scheme was introduced to kick start the local economy and most notably the food and hospitality industry which has been impacted following the recent months of Lockdown during the COVID 19 pandemic. Last week we focused on the Cafes and Restaurants participating in Lancaster and this week we turn our attentions to its neighbouring coast of Morecambe and Heysham.
Eat out to Help Out - Your Morecambe guide

Traditionally a fishing town, Morecambe is renowned for sourcing the finest Morecambe Bay Shrimps.  But if seafood is not what you are looking at this time it is worth noting that the town offers a number of alternative tasty options.

Remember - This scheme running from 3rd August - 31st August offers diners (including both adults and children) a saving of 50% off meals, with the discount capping at £10 per head. There is no limit as to how many times you can visit, so you could enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at reduced prices. Tables must be booked in advance and can be booked by contacting the establishments directly.
