A spacious double unit park home with 2 double bedrooms, located on a quiet residential site off middleton road. The home needed modernising in some areas, but for the most part was in good condition. A lovely kitchen diner and huge lounge made this home a desirable one, with plenty of outside space and woodland to the rear keeping the space private. The home was in good order throughout and waiting for its new owner to move in!
What We Did...
We knew this home should be popular, so set about our usual routine of bringing a home to the market ASAP. With already having a single unit available on the site, we decided to start by contact all the applicants that had shown an interest in the property, but perhaps felt it was a little small for their needs. The team set about picking up the phone and ringing any one on our database that was looking for a park home and also emailing them to try and generate interest. Within a matter of minutes, we had an applicant booked in to view the home the following day... we hadn't even been out to take the pictures yet!
Having shown these applicants around a couple of single units recently, we knew that they had decided that a double unit was the way they wanted to go. Hopes were high for the viewing, and so they should have been....The applicants made an offer on the home within hours, and before we had even brought the home to the market!
Whilst the offer was negotiated, we decided to market the home, just in case! A further viewing was booked in but subsequently cancelled once an agreement for the home had been reached. Just six days after we we added the property to our portfolio, it was under offer, and within 5 weeks of instruction, the new owners came to the office to collect the keys!
