If you are shortlisted, we’ll show you around and answer any questions you have — from the property itself to the local area.
If you like it, to secure the property, a holding deposit is required (equal to one week’s rent). This takes the property off the market while we complete your checks.
We carry out affordability, ID and background checks to ensure everything is in place for a smooth move. Make sure your paperwork is ready!
Before you move in, you’ll need to pay:
Keys in hand, you’re ready to go. We’ll make sure everything is set up for a smooth and stress-free move. You will receive an inventory showing the condition of the property when you moved in and you will have 7 days to get this signed.
