Heathfoot Avenue is situated just off Smithy Lane, in Heysham. The village itself has twice won 'Britain in Bloom' and is a well kept and much cared for village centre.
The nearby port of Heysham has links to Ireland and The Isle of Man and Heysham is also well placed for access to the bypass and commuting to Lancaster or the M6.
Morecambe town centre is just a few miles a way and the village is popular with all age groups. If you continue along Smithy Lane you will soon find yourselves at the coast and there some great walks along the cliffs, beaches and Half Moon Bay.
Make your way through the gate from Heathfoot Ave and on into your - laid to lawn - front garden. Wander down the path and make your way under the outer porch and on into the entrance hallway of the home.
Under stairs storage is available and access to all ground floor rooms is achieved from the entrance hallway. Plenty of space is afforded to hang your coats and store your shoes.
From the entrance hallway, take a right into the living room and find a great sized area for family and friends to enjoy. The triple windows looking out toward the sea, offer so much natural light within. This particular room will have no problem accommodating lots of comfy furniture, making this the ideal retreat to relax in.
Back out to the hallway and head toward the rear of the home. The first room you approach is the handy dining space, part open to the kitchen. A good sized dining table will fit, meaning entertaining family and friends is a doddle.
Just off the dining area is the good sized fitted kitchen. Complete with plenty of cabinetry and worktop surfaces for preparation, you will also find plenty of room for all the necessary white goods such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. An electric oven and hob with overhead extractor, is integrated for your convenience.
To the far end of the kitchen is the part glazed back door leading out to the rear garden.
Bedrooms and bathroom
Once you have made your way up the stairs to the landing, the first room you come across is the family bathroom. Whilst some decoration is needed to finish of this room, it does offer space and a white 3 piece suite with shower over bath, low flush toilet and wash basin.
Next door and also overlooking the rear elevation, is the 2nd double bedroom of the house. Currently being used as a 'work from home' office, this neutrally decorated and carpeted bedroom will accommodate a double bed and additional furniture to suit.
Head toward the front of the home and we have two further bedrooms. To our right is the 3rd bedroom, perfect for a child or maybe used as your study/office/guest bedroom - it's really up to you. Once again carpeted and neutrally decorated, offering views out toward the coast.
Finally, next door we have the master bedroom. A generously proportioned room to unwind in after a long day of work. So much space is afforded for a large double bed and additional furniture. An abundance of natural light streams in through the two west facing windows, making it a bright and airy room in which to relax in.
To the front is a laid to lawn front garden of great size. To the rear is an equally impressive garden to enjoy during the warmer months of the year.
A patio area is located out of the rear door with space for a table and chairs, plus access into the outside storage house with power and light. A few further steps and you are presented with a great sized lawned garden for the children to enjoy.
