The ground floor rooms
Upon entering, take a right into the first of two reception rooms on offer. Royal blue walls up to the picture rails combine tastefully with the wood floor, creating an inviting yet sophisticated room for dining and/or entertaining. The large window to the far end of the room provides the all important natural light within.
Back out to the hallway, head by the staircase and on into the living room. Warming and contemporary decoration to the walls, blend perfectly with the comfy and cosy carpet under your feet. The focal point of this room has to be wood burner and wood beam mantle, along with the slate it sits upon....just perfect for cosying up to in the winter.
From this relaxing room, access into the modern kitchen is achieved. In here you will find plenty of style and class. The shaker style units provide the storage you will need. Look out the window to the rear garden whilst washing the pots in the Belfast sink, prepare your meals on the light wood stained surfaces. White, brick effect splash backs surround the work surfaces, really complimenting the colours within this room. Behind you, notice the clever and handy utility area, housing the washing machine and tumble drier. Finally we have access out to the rear garden from the back door in the kitchen.
The bedrooms and bathroom
To the top of the staircase, you will find a light filled landing, giving access to all rooms on this floor. Immediately to your left is the first of 3 bedrooms, overlooking the rear garden. Some decoration and finishing off is required in here, however this will make the ideal child’s room, office or guest room.
Across the landing is the modern fitted bathroom. The sleek and stylish suite comprises of a p-shaped bath with shower over, modern wash basin and low flush toilet.
Two further bedrooms await and are both doubles. The master has the benefit of additional storage and lots of space for a large double bed and furniture to suit. The 2nd double, once again is a great size, easily accommodating a double and further furniture.
To the rear is a triangular shaped, private garden to enjoy, come the warmer months. Part laid to lawn and part paved, there are options for BBQ's and garden furniture, so you can have family and friends round to enjoy. Raised planters are to be found, perfect for growing your own veggies.
