There is a ground floor, double height living area that could be used as a space to dine or even a study and lounging area. There is Fibre Broadband available with your chosen supplier.
The bathroom offers a bath with shower, basin, w/c and has tiles floor to ceiling over the bath in a soft pastel tone and again as a splash back for the basin.
The ground floor bedroom is a double with plenty of room for your furniture items. This room overlooks the yard where you can park your cars.
The First Floor
The double-height space includes a fantastic mezzanine area. This area can be used as a lounge with a feature fireplace. To the rear of the property, there are floor to ceiling views across the surrounding countryside and down to the communal area through what used to be the doors to a gallery area. These doors are now permanently locked.
The master bedroom and en-suite are on the opposite side f the building. This again is a great size double with an outlook over the fields. The en-suite offers a shower, basin and w/c. There are splashback tiles around the basin and in the shower with neutral painted walls.
The Outside Areas
The private garden is fantastic here. There is very little traffic passing along the road and you are surrounded by wildlife. Pull up a lounger, take a cold drink, a book and relax.
To the rear of the cottage, there is also a shared gravelled area to also relax in the sun. Just down the grass, there is also temporary additional storage in the middle stable. This will be superseded by your own private shed near the cottage in the near future.
