About this apartment
Located on the second floor and to the rear of the building, this spacious apartment provides the opportunity to own a well proportioned, bright and airy property in a well maintained and sociable retirement development. The kitchen is bigger than most, providing plenty of storage and worktop space and the bathroom is equally as impressive. Plenty of space is available in the bedroom here at Spinners Court, meaning a large double bed and furniture will be easily accommodated.

The living space
