Neighbouring homes have split this room into two, given its large dimensions. This is a bedroom which is large enough to have a sitting area. There is also a walk-in dressing area. The rear courtyard

Westbourne Road is set back from the road by a small forecourt garden. It's residents permit parking on this street - a feature we really like and also needed in city centre living.

The rear walled courtyard faces south. It is sheltered, private and is a great place to sit out and relax.
