A little about the location

Warley Avenue is situated in the popular area known as Torrishome which is a well established and popular residential area.

The village of Torrisholme hosts a great array of local shops and businesses and there is a popular church and sought after primary school.

The promenade is not far away and Happy Mount Park is always popular with families. The nearby village of Bare also has a great range of local shops and businesses, with hotels and restaurants and also a train station.

A regular local bus route is close by and offers easy access into Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham.
