Leyster Street is a really well situated residential area with little through traffic thanks to it being a cul de sac. The town centre is so close by with all its amenities which makes it so convenient.
The hospital is close by too and there are great transport links and a regular bus service. The railway station is just half a mile away and a short journey will take you into Lancaster city centre. There are popular schools and churches within easy access and the famous Morecambe promenade is a short walk away.
A little about the home
The main entrance opens into a rather spacious hallway with access to all the rooms on the ground floor. There is also a set of stairs up to the first floor.
The main living room is a generous sized space with a large window to the front elevation whilst the kitchen has plenty of space for all the storage you will require.
Both bedrooms are great sized double rooms with one on the ground floor and one up on the first. Finally inside is the four piece bathroom which is very large indeed.
Externally the home boasts low maintenance gardens to both the front and rear with the rear being a rather secluded area to enjoy and sit out in the peace and quiet.
The living accommodation
As you enter this home from the side elevation you will firstly be in the hallway which is a wonderful size and has been used to dine in the past. Stairs lead you up to the bedroom on the first floor and there are doors opening to all the rooms available.
The main living space is rather generous and features a living flame, coal effect gas fire to the centre of the room. There is a large double glazed window which looks out onto the garden to the front of the home.
The kitchen offers a great range of built in storage to hide away all your cutlery and utensils. Space is also on offer for all the white goods you would expect to have. Access from the kitchen leads out to the rear of the home.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
The master bedroom is on the first floor level and has a double glazed Velux window to the rear elevation. This spacious double room has a bright and airy feel. Access into the eaves can also be gained from this room. The master bedroom also offers built in storage which can easily be used for a wardrobe space which is a real bonus to have.
The second bedroom is also large enough to be used as a double room and offers plenty of light thanks to the large double glazed window which looks out into the private rear garden. Built in wardrobes offer space for all your clothes etc.
Finally inside is the four piece bathroom which is a great sized room. Here you will find a walk in shower cubicle, a bath, low flush wc and a hand wash basin. The room has been partially tiled and has a frosted double glazed window to the rear of the home.
To the front of the home there is a well maintained and low maintenance area which has a small walled boundary. Gated access opens onto a pathway which leads you down the side of the home and to the homes main entrance.
At the rear of the home there is a very private space. This low maintenance garden is the perfect space where you could sit out and relax during the summer months. There is a handy storage shed and both fenced and hedged boundaries.
