What we like...

We were very impressed that the owners have put brand new furnishings throughout the home so you can move straight in without and worries. The decor is tasteful and both the kitchen and bathroom are lovely.

A brief description

The main entrance to the front of the home opens into a hallway which leads you through to the main living room. The lounge is a great size and has been tastefully presented. From the lounge there is access through to the kitchen which has ample space to dine and offers a range of built in appliances. There is also a conservatory to the far end of the home just off the dining room.

Once you are upstairs you will discover three bedrooms and a recently fitted contemporary bathroom suite which is rather stylish. There are low maintenance gardens to both the front and rear and the off road parking leads you to e detached garage for further storage.

Ground floor rooms

As you step inside this home from the front entrance you will firstly find yourself in the well appointed hallway which has the stairs straight ahead of you and a doorway opening to the lounge on your left hand side.

The main living room for the home is a wonderful size and has been decorated in soft, neutral tones. The main focal point of this room has to be the gas fire to the centre of the room which has a modern surround to complement. Just off the living room is the kitchen diner which is a great space where you can entertain your family and friends over an evening meal.
