Trafalgar road is a great first time buyers home or equally as good of an investment. Extremely well presented throughout, with two double bedrooms and a very spacious ground floor living space, you will be pushed to find something as nice as this home. When the owner bought this it was pretty run down so I am sure you will agree they have done a great job at updating over the last 6 years.

What we like

We just love the way the home flows. Each room in the home is a great size and has the space needed for a young couple ready to start a family. The outside space can easily be transformed with some artificial grass and ornaments. You won't be disappointed...

Ground floor living

Come on in through the vestibule and lets start in the living room....
The cream carpets and lilac and cream walls really lift this room. There is a cupboard next to the window where you will find the meters for the home. The room is spacious and the current owner has a large 2 piece suite with a coffee table. Through the door into the kitchen is where you will find the great space with room for a 2 seater table and chairs. The units are high white gloss complimented with grey work tops and grey flooring. The hob is gas and there is a handy space under the stairs for you to store your fridge freezer. There is also plumbing for a washing machine. The owner has decorated the walls in a lovely grey/pink combination and it really does make this space feel very welcoming.

The bedrooms and bathroom

The bathroom offers a three piece suite in white with tiling floor to ceiling and a lovely gold beading to add a little sparkle! the flooring is a mottled cream and white effect anti slip and a window allows air to circulate round the room , also allowing light.

The outside space

Here , like most homes in the area you only really get a yard but with a little imagination as the current owner has done here you can section it off with a pebbled area and a patio area for you to sit and dine.
