Where is Vincent Street?
Vincent Street is located in the heart of Primrose. It's a small tucked away residential street, located between Clarence Street and Eastham Street. It's a quiet street, one with views. At the top there are views, looking out over the open allotments, towards Williamson Memorial and the trees of the park. Greenery like this does make a difference to the sense of well being.
Primrose is a convenient area. It's just 1 mile from the heart of the city centre. It's close to the hospital and University of Cumbria. If you don't drive there are bus routes close by on neighbouring Bowerham Road. Close by there is a local convenience store, ideal for those last minute essentials.

What we like
"It is hard to pick just one favourite feature on home like this. Between us we have found 5 things we love. The Mediterranean style courtyard is definitely a winner for us. Imagine BBQ's with friends in the south facing sun trap. What do you think?"
The cosy lounge and kitchen diner
Come with us, through the entrance vestibule and into the cosy front lounge. Straightaway you'll be drawn to the contemporary styled multi fuel stove which is set back into the chimney breast. The styling of this room with its beautiful feature wallpaper on the chimney breast sets the eclectic feel of the home you are about to discover.
Continue on to the kitchen diner. White shaker style units are complemented by sea blue decor giving the feel of the Greek Isles - in fact step out to the Mediterranean inspired south facing courtyard, and you'll soon have the feeling of being further away. The kitchen has the space to casual dine - perfect if it's just dinner for one or equally if you plan to invite friends around.
The bedrooms and bathroom
Let's go upstairs. The master bedroom spans the front of the home. Soft pink decor suits the Parisian design of this double bedroom. Take a look out of the window at the outlook. Look left and you can see Williamson Park and Ashton Memorial.
The 2nd bedroom with it's deep red wall is currently used a study. It overlooks the rear courtyard. Could it be a child's room for you? How will you use it!
The bathroom whilst compact is perfectly formed. Fitted with a shower bath - this bathroom offers you the best of both worlds - the equivalent of a double shower and also a relaxing bath where you can sit up and read as you soak away. The shelf is perfect for your glass of wine!
The attic room
The attic room is a great addition to have. It access via a fixed staircase from the landing area. Beautifully decorated, it features the original beams to the ceiling and has a velux window.
The south facing courtyard
Here you do not have a garden, however, add some artificial grass, bamboo, brightly coloured plants and even some little fairy lights. Instantly you have created a quiet haven to sit, relax and enjoy the sun as this space is also south facing. Open your imagination, see what it could be!
