A little bit about the area

The area comprises of a mix of homes from Victorian terraces, through to new modern town houses and attracts a diverse clientele. There are good local amenities and schools close by. What we like

We not only love the quirkyness of this home but the proximity to the train station and city centre as both can be accessed within around ten minutes walk. There is a little precinct for your bread, milk etc along with a take away and other amenities. Pretty much everything on your doorstep!!

About the home

As you step into the home off the street you will instantly be drawn to the lovely wood burning effect electric fire and chimney breast. It really does have a relaxed feel to the property and ready to move into with no chain! The lounge is spacious, the kitchen has room for a dining table and chairs and the rear yard has more than enough room to have outside furniture and make a place to eat, drink and relax with friends and family.
The first floor offers a very spacious main bedroom and second bedroom to which both are doubles. The bathroom is fitted with a 3 piece white bathroom suite. It really is lovely and ready to move into straight away!

Ground floor

Upon entering the home you will find the living room which offers wood effect flooring and a focal point fireplace which is electric. The decor here is very soft grey/ blue tones . The soft grey theme runs through into the kitchen along with the wood effect flooring.

First floor

Come up the stairs which are situated off the kitchen , up to the 2 double bedrooms. The main bedroom is surprisingly large and overlooks the front of the home. The room has been decorated in pale blue with a cream carpet to compliment.
Bedroom two is again a double which over looks the back yard and is decorated in lilac's with pale wood laminate flooring. The combination boiler can also be found here discreetly tucked away in a cupboard over the stairs.
