Venture Park is situated in Morecambe's popular Westgate, which is well served with local amenities. There is a parade of shops, businesses and supermarkets, there is even a local doctor's surgery amongst the many others amenities. There is a good local bus service into the town centre and also to neighbouring villages of Bare and Torrisholme.
You will not need to stray far though, Venture Park itself has its own shop and amenities. The park is designed for the retired and semi retired and you will find it has a great community. What we like...
We really do like the position of this particular park home. This double unit has a good outlook from the front looking down the site and there are well maintained gardens allowing you space to sit out and relax.
A little about the home
The living accommodation
Once inside the home you will find a spacious kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space. There are also rooms for the usual white goods. Room allows for a small dining table and chairs if you so wish. The recently added central heating boiler is housed in one the kitchen cupboards. To the right hand side you will find the lounge.
