Where is Bowerham Road?

Bowerham is one of Lancaster's most popular residential areas. Located on the South side of the city it attracts a wide range of clientele from the young professionals, growing families and the retired due to it's wide range of amenities, shops, schools and churches.

There are excellent transport links with regular busses both to the university and the city centre, both of which are only a short drive way. Minutes away are the hospital and University of Cumbria, two of the cities largest employers.

What we like

The main thing that impressed us with this home has to be the space. All the rooms are a generous size and the fact that there is an en-suite up to the top floor bedroom is a real bonus to have.

The living space

The main entrance to the front of the home opens up into the hallway which is the perfect place to hand your coats and store your shoes before you step into the main living area. The stairs can be accessed from here which will lead you upstairs and there is access to all three of the ground floor rooms available.

The main living room can be found to the front of the home. This spacious lounge is the perfect space where you can sit and relax after a long hard day. The electric fire to the centre of the room will give off a cosy, warm glow and is complete with a timber surround to the centre of the room. There is a large double glazed window to the front elevation which looks out onto the garden and the room has a real bright and airy feel to it.

There is a separate dining room which will allow you and the family to all sit down and enjoy your evening meals. The room has a double glazed window which looks out to the garden at the rear of the property. The room has been decorated in a neutral style which buyers will appreciate and offers plenty of space for a large dining table if needed.
