What we like...

We love the size of this apartment but one of the best things has to be the great views from the front of the building overlooking Lancaster Canal. You can watch the world go by from the living room window which also gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

A little about the home

This apartment is one of the larger ones in the block and is located on the first floor. Once you are inside you will find a spacious hallway with access to all the rooms. Buyers will find the living room is a wonderful size and enjoys a pleasing aspect overlooking the canal. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of units and there is space for the white goods you will require.

Both bedrooms are fantastic sized double rooms and there is a three piece bathroom suite also. The communal areas are wonderful at Spinners Court with a lounge, kitchen and guest room all available for the residents to enjoy.

The living accommodation
