A short stroll will take you onto Morecambe's promenade, with beautiful views and walks available. Regular buses travel between Morecambe and Lancaster, and there is also a train station near by, handy for commuting to Manchester or the Lake District.

The entrance to this three storey Victorian terrace is via a light and welcoming hallway. This leads you through into the kitchen, and stairs from here lead up to the first floor. As you walk through into the modern, elegant kitchen with high quality cabinets and appliances including a Smeg cooker, you'll appreciate the attention to detail used by the owners in creating this beautiful home.
A door leads from the kitchen into a small utility area, which gives you access down into the cellar, and out into the rear yard. Hard wood flooring leads through into the main living room, which is another welcoming and neutrally decorated space. The living room offers a large bay window and coving on the high ceilings, which add to the character of this family home.
First Floor Rooms
As you ascend to the first floor, you pass a convenient additional W.C. on the mid-level. The first floor landing offers access to the spacious family bathroom and master bedroom.
