Home in Scale Hall are exceptionally popular, especially ones on Torrisholme Road as you get so much more space! This home has a brilliant location. It is super handy for the recently opened bypass which means you have quick and easy access to the M6. Torrisholme Road is also much quieter too because of it. There is considerably less traffic than there was.
Within the area there is an excellent range of local shops with local grocery / convenience stores in both Scale Hall and neighbouring Torrisholme. The large Asda is also only a short drive away. If you don't drive regular buses pass by. Lancaster's Rugby Club with all of it's open green space is just a short walk.

What we like...
We love the position of this bungalow with its elevated view over the cricket and rugby pitches to the rear of the home. The garden is a real selling point and has been beautifully maintained. Inside may well require some updating, however the space is here for you to swap and change things as you please.
A little about the home
As you step inside this home from the main entrance you will find that the hallway offers access to all the rooms available along with a hatch up to the large loft space for storage.
The main living room is to the front of the home and features a fireplace to the centre of the room and a large double glazed window.
