What We Liked
We love the space available in this second floor apartment, which has been neutrally decorated throughout and offers two double bedrooms, modern fitted kitchen and a contemporary three piece shower room. The main bedroom also offers a dressing area as a bonus. This apartment also includes an underground parking space and is unfurnished. You must be in full time employment, over the age of 25 and be a non smoker in order to rent this apartment.
The entrance hallway allows access to all the rooms and has been decorated in a neutral style with laminate flooring. The main living space overlooks the courtyard at the rear of the building via two double glazed windows. The kitchen has been fitted in a modern style with ample built in storage and there is an integrated electric oven and hob with an extractor above. The kitchen also features tiled splash backs and laminate floor for ease of cleaning and a window looks out to the side of the building.
Bedrooms and Shower Room
Both bedrooms in this apartment are double rooms, and the master room offers a dressing area as an added bonus. Once again the rooms feature laminate flooring and have been tastefully decorated. The shower room has been fitted with a contemporary three piece suite and this room has been fully tiled on both the floor and walls. Natural light enters from a frosted double glazed window and inset spotlights provide additional light.
