What we love
We just love the way the present owners have decorated and presented the property. Thee real working fire gives a very cosy feel in the winter months whilst the electric( gas and smoke effect) fire makes those chilly nights instantly warmer. Open up the french doors into the conservatory where the underfloor heating is a real bonus. We can't pick just one aspect that we love... we love several! Which is your favourite room?
Once you have pulled up outside the immaculately presented home and entered the hallway via the beautifully wrought iron gates you will find the stairs leading up to the first floor and the beige carpeted hallway running off to the lounge/diner and kitchen. Come on into the open lounge/ dining room and take a moment to see just what space offers here. The two rooms have the same beautiful patterned wallpaper running along the wall really complimenting the cream and white furniture and painted walls. Fully and recently fitted vertical blinds to the ground floor give privacy for the evening. Open the French doors into the conservatory where you can sit of an evening admiring the panoramic garden. You are sure to keep warm and toasty with the underfloor heating here. The kitchen was fully fitted just 4 years ago in beautiful oak units and spotlights. The integrated appliances feature fridge, freezer, washing , induction hob, duel temperature oven with combi grill and dishwasher. There is ample space for a small table and chairs to dine and have breakfast. A handy under stairs cupboard is where the current owner has her washing machine hidden out of sight. black Splash backs and granite effect worktops compliment the units whilst cream flooring ties it all together. Here there is a door allowing access to the rear of the garden. The door has had tinted glass inserted to filter the morning sun beaming through the kitchen. Here you will also find the Worcester boiler discreetly tucked in a cupboard. It is 2 year old and has just been serviced.
Once you are at the top of the stairs you will find the bedrooms, two of which are doubles and a single. The master bedroom is a geat size and the bay fronted windows gives the room that extra bit of space. The carpet from the ground floor runs up the stiars through each room. Bedroom two is a slightly smaller double at the back of the property but still a great size to accomodate a double bed and furniture. Bedroom three is a single to the front . It currently is being used as a spare bedroom but could also be used as a nursery or office... how about a walk in wardrobe? The bathroom is only a year old and offers a 3 peice white suite with a walk in shower. Brown and cream mottle effect tiling sits floor to ceiling with a wall mounted radiator/towel rail and a large frosted window for light and ventilation.
You can gain access from both the conservatory and kitchen door. The same care and attention to detail has been paid outside as it has inside. The enclosed garden that had been landscaped in 2017 and offers Indian stone paving flags , raised flower beds and a small area that has been layed with artificial grass for ease of maintenanc front and back. You will notice the very stylish shed at the bottom which has electric and lighting. Imagine yourselves sat here on a summers evening with the BBQ aflame and a glass of cold wine in hand......I am sure you will agree that It's Just lovely!
