What We Like
We loved the quiet location of this three storey town house, in a private courtyard within easy walking distance of Lancaster city centre. This entire property has a bright and airy feel, having been recently redecorated in light, neutral tones. The spacious dual aspect master bedroom is a real bonus, with views of the city towards Williamson Park.
As you enter the property, you find yourself in a generous sized hallway with soft neutral decor. Stairs lead up from here to the first floor level and you also have access into the garage and ground floor bedroom. This bedroom would fit a small double or large single bed, and would be ideal for use as a snug or guest bedroom. There is also a very handy downstairs cloakroom. From the garage you can access the enclosed rear garden and private lawned area.
First Floor Rooms
The first floor landing gives you access to the neutrally decorated living space and kitchen, along with an additional built-in storage cupboard and further stairs leading to the second floor.
