Newlands Road is between Bowerham and Hala in South Lancaster. The area has great access to the University, one of the area's biggest employers and also to the M6 for commuters. It is a popular residential area which attracts a diverse clientele from young first time buyers, growing families, students and academics and the retired.
The area has excellent amenities close by that include schools, shops, Booths supermarket and some popular pubs. The area is approximately 2 miles south of the city centre and due it's location it is very convenient for both of the universities and the hospital.
What we like...
We love the fact that this bungalow was once a true bungalow built in the 1960's however the owner converted the large loft space to create three upstairs rooms which is a real bonus.
A little about the home
As you enter this home from the main side elevation you will find yourself in the rather spacious hallway which has access to the rooms available and the stairs up to the first floor.
