The Living Space
As you enter number 12, you are welcomed by a spacious hallway. There is access to a WC, which is handy to the living space, as the main bathroom is to the lower floor. As you walk through to the lounge kitchen, you are instantly drawn to the feature windows, which fill the room with light and highlights what a truly wonderful sized room it is. The kitchen open to the lounge is fitted with a range of beech effect units, with complementary work surfaces. You will find there is an integrated oven and hob with extractor fan above, fridge and plumbing for a washing machine. Space will allow for a small dining table and chairs, as well as the usual living room furniture.
The Ground Floor
Once downstairs a hallway provides plenty storage with three separate cupboards, with one housing the water tank. Wood effect laminate flooring runs throughout, adding a modern simple feel. The main bedroom enjoys a walk in wardrobe/dressing room, freeing up the bedroom from furniture, making for a more spacious room.
