What we like

This home is just so cosy. The quiet cul-de-sac location appeals to many and the off street parking on the drive is a real bonus! The neutral decor and the added space with the conservatory make for a lovely spacious first time home for a young family. You won't be disappointed.

The ground floor

Come on in through the front door into the hallway where you will find a handy storage cupboard for coats and shoes to be discreetly hidden away. To the right is the kitchen. Here you have the fitted units in beech wood effect. There is an electric oven and hob, space for an under counter fridge/freezer and plumbing for a washing machine and Laminate flooring runs through from the hallway into the kitchen.
The living room is a great space. Cream carpet runs through the room and up the stairs to the first floor. There is space for a unit or likewise as the current owner has under the stairs and ample room for a 3 piece suite. Tv and ariel points are located here next to the french doors.
The french doors open up to the conservatory where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or on a nice evening sit and eat your dinner watching the birds in the tree's behind. After dinner take yourselves out to the garden and enjoy the sunsets and night draw to a close.
