In your spare time, there are some lovely walks along the Lancaster Canal and into the local countryside. What we Love
As soon as you enter the property the fresh, new feeling following the recent decoration is great. It gives the whole apartment a bright and airy feeling making it a space where you can just sit back and relax. The large windows let light stream in on sunny days. As an added bonus we are very excited to be offering this apartment with a secure underground garage.
This apartment offers a decent sized, bright living space with ample room for relaxing, dining and entertaining friends for dinner. There is even room for some office space. A built in shelf offers storage and display space without the need for additional furniture. The two large windows, whilst usefully double glazed, still maintain the original character of the old school building.
The fitted kitchen offers plenty of storage space and has been fully equipped with white goods which include a new 10 kg washing machine, new fridge freezer and a new very useful 10 kg load dryer. There is also an electric hob and oven as well as smaller appliances.
