What We Love
"We love this sweet cottage, that made us feel at home as soon as we walked through the front door. Being fully renovated makes it a home you can move straight into, and believe us you will want to as soon as you set eyes on this charming home".
Open the front door, where you are greeted by a vestibule, which leads through to a pleasing open plan living, where an exposed staircase adds a pleasing aspect. The lounge enjoys a soft simple décor with a contrasting carpet to add a hint of colour. An original stone surround, and flagged hearth, creates a striking feature to the room. A cleverly hidden cupboard houses the meters for the home too/
The kitchen has been fitted with a range of modern white units, with work surfaces perfectly chosen to complement. There is an integrated oven, and hob, with extractor fan above, with space for the usual white goods and plumbing for a washing machine. A breakfast bar, adds a social feel to the room. A door leads out to the rear garden.
Lets Go Upstairs
Once upstairs you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms, a double, and single, both with a cream, neutral décor, allow you to add personalisation to create your perfect room.
The bathroom has a fresh feel to it, housing a modern white three piece suite, with shower attached by mixer taps. The walls are partially tiled, with a large frosted window, adding both privacy and natural light to the room. A heated towel rail, awaits to warm your towels.
To the rear of the home a patio area, allows you to add a table and chairs, so you can sit out in the summer months. Steps lead up to a generous garden, where mature shrubs and plants grow to the side. There is a good sized lawn, with a footpath leading up to the parking for the home.
