Blackpool is approximately 21 miles away and a similar distance to the north lies the beautiful Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Golf Courses and coarse fishing are within easy reach. There is a a public house close by, along with a garage with a small shop and a local church also close to hand. The area is surrounded by open farm land providing excellent views all round and not too far away is Glasson Dock Marina. The canal is connected by a lock to the marina, which has mooring facilities for up to 220 boats.

Located on the main Lancaster Road in Cockerham, this bungalow offers two good sized double bedrooms and views over the open countryside on all sides. The interior is spacious and ideal for an retired couple or family. There are extensive gardens all round and off street parking leads to an attached single garage.
The spacious main living room overlooks the front of the property with appealing views onto open countryside. The kitchen is also a very good size, and includes a larder and space for a dining table. Just off the kitchen there is a rear hallway with access into the handy utility room and the rear garden. Both bedrooms offer more than enough space for a double bed and bedroom furniture, and have large windows. The bathroom has been fitted with a coloured three piece suite, and the home has both central heating and double glazing.
Outside the bungalow you will find open gardens on all sides, with spacious lawns and an established hedge separating the garden from the open fields beyond. A rear shed and outdoor W.C. offer convenience, and the single garage can be used for parking or additional storage.

From our Lancaster office proceed South towards the main Pointer Roundabout up South Road and then take your third exit onto Ashton Road. Continue along this road, passing the Ashton Road Golf and Country Club on your right hand side and pass the Stork Public House. Once over the little bridge continue straight into Thurnham and this road will lead into Cockerham. You will find Sea View on your right hand side once past the garage. (3rd house past the garage).
