What we like...
We were surprised at how spacious the rear garden to this home is. Just imagine you and the family enjoying this space during those summer months. The patio is a space where you can sit and relax whilst the lawned area would be ideal for the kids to play.
A little about the home
The main entrance to this property opens up into the hallway and from here there is access to all the ground floor rooms available. To the front of the home is the main living space and this is open to the dining area which will be ideal for when you are entertaining your family and friends. French doors open out to the rear garden from the dining room also. The ground floor also features the fitted kitchen which has plenty of built in storage. Finally the hallway also has access through to the garage which is a great storage area.
Once you are up to the first floor you will discover that there are four bedrooms of which three can easily accommodate double beds if needed and there is a three piece shower room also. Externally the home boasts off road parking and a walled garden to the front whilst round to the rear of the home there is a large and enclosed garden to enjoy. The property is all double glazed and also offers a gas central heating system.
Ground floor rooms
As you first step inside this home you will find yourself in the hallway which has access to all the rooms available on the ground floor along with the stairs which will lead you up to the first floor. At the foot of the stairs is the doorway opening into the garage which has been used for storage and there is a further space under the stairs which can be accessed from here which opens into a storage area where the electric meter can be found and the gas meter is also in the garage.
Buyers will find that the main living area is a wonderful size and is to the front of the property. This is the perfect space where you can sit and relax after a long hard day. There is space for a gas fire to the centre of the room if you wish and there is ample space to add in all the furniture you would expect to have. The living area is open plan to the dining area. The dining room itself is a generous size and offers French doors which open out to the rear of the home. Thanks to the lounge and dining room being open plan, we feel this would be the perfect space to entertain your guests when you invite them round.
Finally to the ground floor is the fitted kitchen which the owner had installed. Once inside you will see that there is plenty of space for all the expected white goods and there is a great range of built in storage for all your bits and pieces. There is a five ring gas hob which has an extractor canopy above and there is also a built in electric oven. From the sink area there is a double glazed window which looks out into the garden at the rear of the home. Access leads you to the outside of the home at the rear from the kitchen and there is also a combi boiler to the wall.
Once you are up to the first floor the first room you will come across on your right hand side is the bedroom which has been added above the garage. This double room features a built in wardrobe and there is a dual aspect over both the front and rear of the home creating a bright and airy feel.
The main landing area has access to the rest of the bedrooms and the shower room. To the front of the home is one of the double bedrooms which has two built in wardrobes to either side of the chimney breast. The second bedroom is also large enough to be classed as a double room and has a rather pleasing aspect out to the rear garden. Once again there is a range of built in cupboards in this room. The fourth and final bedroom is a single room which has been used as a study by the current owner and overlooks the front of the home.
The first floor also offers a three piece shower room which has been tiled to complement and offers a walk in shower cubicle with electric shower, a low flush wc and a hand wash basin. To the rear elevation is a frosted double glazed window.
To the front of the home there is a driveway which provides off road parking and leads to the garage with its up and over door. The front garden is easy to maintain and there are walled boundaries which separates the garden from the pavement at the front.
Once you are round to the rear of the home you will discover a fantastic sized garden which will prove to be popular with many buyers. The top level to the rear is a paved patio garden area which will be the perfect space for you to sit and relax in the summer sunshine. This space then steps down to a lawned garden area with mature plants and trees which would be the ideal space for the kids to play or maybe for you to even grow your own fruit and veg if you have green fingers.
