This is a home with character. Relax in the bay fronted lounge. Entertain family friends in the spacious dining room. Curl up around the multi fuel stove on a cold chilly evening whilst you read your favourite book.

What we like
"We love a view home with views. Views are something money can't buy. You either have them or you don't!. We also love the multi fuel stove - a roaring fire really is the heart of the home!"
The ground floor
Step through the entrance. You will be greeted with a welcoming lounge with soft sage green decor complemented by crisp white walls. . The book lovers amongst will love the shelves, set into both of the alcoves. The ceilings are high, a character from the era this home was built. The original cornicing and picture rails are still in tact
The dining room is the heart of the home. Personally, I would swap the two rooms around, especially in the winter as I love the fireplace and multi fuel stove. The current family however like to dine around the table, sit and chat and it's also a perfect place for the children to do their homework. The kitchen is also just adjacent - the kettle is close by!
The kitchen is compact but perfectly formed. It has been cleverly designed with the microwave elevated to allow for maxiumum work surface space. Light oak units are complemented by stone styled back splashes. Even washing up becomes a joy when you have views out to a garden like this.
The bedrooms and bathroom
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom with its stained wide original floorboards spans the front the home. The rooms feels luxurious with it's deep jewelled tone decor and features the original cast iron fireplace.
The 2nd bedroom make a great childrens room or even home office. With the views it has, it would be a great place for those work from home. The bathroom is stylish with it's white suite. The bath is twin ended and there is the shower above.
A great added feature to this home is the useful attic room. As the photos show it has a fixed staircase and velux window. Wether you need a hobby room or just easy access storage, this is a room you can use as you need!
Access the cellar from the dining room. Solid stone steps lead down. There is good head height. The cellar makes for great storage. The meters from the home are kept here.
A key feature to Park Square is the extensive long garden and superb views of Lancaster Castle this home offers. The garden is laid mainly to lawn. A variety of shrubs, bushes and plants give the garden both colour, interest and privacy.
