Where is Watery Lane?

Watery Lane is a popular residential street in the heart of Scale Hall. Set off Torrisholme Road, this popular street is ideally located between Lancaster and Morecambe. It's a great location. The shops in Torrisholme are just a 5 minute drive. There's a little bus that stops close by - ideal for those that don't drive. What we like

This apartment is beautiful. In fact, it is one of nicest ones we have seen in this price range. We love the owners internal style from the slate blue wall in the lounge through to the deep purple in the bedroom. The internal doors are so nice, we had to ask where they got them from!

About this apartment

Watery Lane is a well presented first floor apartment. It's immaculate. This is a home with 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen diner and contemporary bathroom. It's a home which stands out with its hi-spec finish. From the internal doors through to the karndean flooring in the kitchen, you can't help but be impressed. Residents will enjoy the fact this apartment also has it's own private entrance and comes complete with a garage.

The living space

Enter into Watery Lane, through the private entrance and take the stairs to the first floor landing. There's a built in storage cupboard, perfect to hang up your coat and pop away your boots. Head through to the spacious lounge. It's large enough to have a twin sofas, so you will have plenty of space to entertain friends and family. The slate blue and soft grey decor really give this room a luxe feel.

Just next door is the kitchen. We love how the owners when they fitted the new kitchen kept the serving hatch. Retro is back in fashion, plus it's really useful. You'll love the kitchen. The white gloss units are complemented by the warmth of the gloss walnut styled work surface. The oven and hob are both built in. There is also space to casually dine.

The bedrooms and bathroom

Both of the bedrooms are double rooms. The master feels luxurious with decor in deep purple. There is a built in storage cupboard which acts a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom is also a double. They use this as a multi functional room - a place to work but also the double sofa bed is great for when guests come to visit.

The bathroom is stylish. The P-shaped shower bath is ideal for a relaxing soak but equally suits those who prefer to wash and go! It's all finished with contemporary tiles inset with glass mosaics.
