What we like...
Well apart from the quiet setting of this apartment we were very impressed with the fact this duplex home offers a three piece shower room and a further en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom which is a great bonus to have.
A brief description
The main entrance to the ground floor opens into a small hallway with the stairs leading up to the first floor. Once you are up to this level you will find the main living room to be a generous size and there is a recently fitted, modern kitchen just off the lounge also. The second spacious double room is on the first floor and there is a three piece shower room just opposite.
Once you are up to the top floor you will find yourself in the master bedroom which has a wonderful range of built in storage along with access to a modern three piece en-suite bathroom which has been partially tiled to complement. The communal car parks operates a resident parking scheme which is in force by the council and there are visitor spaces to the far end.
The main living areas
Stepping inside this retirement apartment you will firstly find yourself in the hallway which is the perfect space where you can hang your coats and store your shoes before you go up to the first floor landing. The landing area here has access to all the rooms available on this level and there is also a further set of stairs which will lead you up to the second floor.
The main living room is a rather generous sized room which offers plenty of space for all the furniture you would expect to have. In the centre of the development there is a well maintained communal garden area with benches where you can sit out and relax with your friends or visiting family members.
