What we like...

We were really impressed with the amount of off road parking this home offers along with the well maintained gardens to both the front and rear.

A brief description

As you step inside you will find yourself in the l-shaped hallway which has doors to all the rooms available on the ground floor including the handy wc. Buyers will find that the lounge offers space to dine and there is also a separate kitchen with access to the rear garden.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms of which two will comfortably take double beds if required and there is of course a three piece bathroom suite. Externally the property boasts a long driveway leading to the detached garage and there are well maintained lawned gardens for you to enjoy. The home is double glazed throughout and offers a gas central heating system.

The ground floor rooms

The main entrance to the front of the home opens up into the hallway. This is an ideal space where you can take off your coats and store your shoes in the under stairs storage cupboard. On your left hand side there is a ground floor wc which is ideal for a family home and there are doors opening to the main living areas for the home also.

Buyers will see that the lounge is a bright and airy room thanks to the dual aspect which looks out to both the front and rear of the home. To the centre of the room there is an free standing electric fire with further heat provided by the radiators. The lounge also offers you space for a dining table if you so wish so there is room for you to enjoy your evening meals with your family and friends.

The kitchen has been fitted with a good range of built in storage to hide away all your bits and pieces and there is plenty of work space on offer for those who love to cook. As you would expect there is space for the white goods along with a built in double electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan above. From the sink area there is a double glazed window which looks into the rear garden and there is also a double glazed door which leads you to the outside space.

Up to the first floor

The first floor landing has access to all the rooms available along with a hatch which opens to the loft area for extra storage. You will find the master bedroom actually overlooks the rear of the home onto the open greenery behind the property, This double room is a generous size and offers ample space for all the expected furniture.

The second bedroom can also accommodate a double bed if required and also looks out over the rear of the home, benefiting from a built in wardrobe for storage. The third bedroom has a pleasing aspect over the front of the property and would make a perfect children's room or potential study depending on what you need.

Finally upstairs there is of course a three piece bathroom. The room has been partially tiled with a decorative border to complement. There is a shower above the bath to give you the best of both worlds and a frosted double glazed window lets light in from the front elevation.

Outside space

To the front of the home there is a rather long driveway which provides off road parking for several vehicles with ease. This leads you down the side of the home towards the detached garage which has an up and over door. The garden area to the front has a well maintained lawned area with two mature trees to add a little extra colour.

Once you are round to the rear you will discover a private and enclosed space with fenced boundaries. There is a small patio area and a well maintained lawn where the kids can play. The west facing position means you will enjoy the summer sunshine all afternoon.
