Abraham Heights is a very popular residential development that is conveniently located on the edge of the city centre. Built in the 1980's the development comprises mainly of detached homes ranging from 3-5 bedrooms. Close by are sought after schools and the train station is approximately ½ mile, making this an excellent choice for commuters. The area is surrounded by greenery which adds to the appeal of the location. The Fairfield Millennium Orchard provides pleasing walks through to the city centre or towards the nature reserve.

We were really impressed with the amount of off road parking this home offers along with the well maintained gardens to both the front and rear.
A brief description
As you step inside you will find yourself in the l-shaped hallway which has doors to all the rooms available on the ground floor including the handy wc. Buyers will find that the lounge offers space to dine and there is also a separate kitchen with access to the rear garden.
