About the property
The first-floor flat is well proportioned and would suit a working professional or couple. It has a good-sized double bedroom, lounge with space for a table and chairs, and a kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a cupboard housing the boiler and a three-piece bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There is on-street parking available as well as easy access to public transport.
Application & Viewing Information
If you have seen our virtual viewing video, and are interested in applying for the property please follow the link to the application page (This may only appear on the web version rather than the app). We will need one application per household. The landlord will make a decision on which applicant they wish to proceed with and their decision will be final. If your application is accepted, we will then be able to get a physical viewing booked in.
Reposit - Nil Deposit Scheme
We’ve partnered with a company called Reposit who offer an alternative to paying a cash deposit. By using Reposit you can save a lot of money upfront as you will only need to pay the Reposit fee of £132.69 instead of a cash deposit which will be £663.00. The Reposit fee is not refundable at the end of the tenancy. You can use the money you save to spend on something you actually want!
Cost Information
If your application is successful and, following a viewing, you proceed to referencing stage, a holding deposit equal to £132.69 will be taken via our referencing platform Goodlord this will then go towards your first month's rent when the tenancy starts.
The holding deposit will be retained by the agent if the tenancy falls through for one of the following reasons:
* You decide not to rent the property
* You give wrong or misleading information
* You cannot pass a 'right to rent' immigration check
The standard deposit on this property will be £663.00

Best Estate Agent Guide
When you choose to work with us, you are officially working with the UK's Best Estate Agent. We first won this award in 2022 and we won it again in 2023!
Every year, a rigorous assessment is carried out of every estate and letting agent in the country. There are 15,000 estate agencies and each one is assessed for property marketing, customer service and results, including how quickly they sell or let and the percentage of the price achieved compared with other agents in the same location. No agent pays to enter.
The very best agents are listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide – a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose whom to sell or let their property. JDG Estate Agents didn't just win the best in Lancaster and Morecambe, nor the Northwest. We won the very best estate agent in the UK for both sales and lettings.
If you want to achieve the best results for your property sale, combined with receiving the best customer service, we would love to help.

Please note that just like a normal deposit, you are still liable for any valid, end of tenancy charges. The difference with Reposit is that you keep control of your cash and only pay these if they actually occur at the end of your tenancy, rather than paying at the start. If you stay beyond a 12 month period, a £30 charge will be payable to reposit once a year to continue the cover.
This is optional and a normal deposit scheme is also available. Reposit is subject to certain referencing criteria and may not be granted following referencing.
