Having been thoroughly let down in every aspect of my time with another agency, I'd become quite disheartened about selling our house.

And then I met Michelle. She was a whirlwind of fresh air blowing into my life. I received honesty, open conversation and it was a no-brainer to go with JDG. Now here's where things were noticeably different. There was a team of extremely lovely, helpful people who did everything to sell the house. I genuinely think their customer service should be marketed across the country. The team are exceptional. It still took 7 months to complete but it was particularly helpful to have Louisa as a dedicated contact who was keeping buyer and seller up to date with the sale progression. I think this was key to getting the sale through to completion during a time of lockdown and working from home.

We recently sold our house in Lancaster through JDG and they are definitely the best Estate Agent I have dealt with.

All the staff are friendly and approachable, but also really professional. They make you feel like you and your property matter, and they really know what they are talking about. I felt we had a lot of time and care spent on our property from evaluation to completion, we never felt rushed when doing the valuation or when we went into the office.

Our house was on the market for just two days before it sold STC, then the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. This was due I'm sure to the great marketing, advice, and again that time and care spent.
